It seems that people (mainly using Netscape) are having problems downloading FDDEV230.RAR from our website. The .RAR file isn’t recognized as a binary file by Netscape, and is thus incorrectly transferred to the local system.

To solve this problem, please try this:

Find the HELPERS configuration option in your Netscape browser (this is typically under Options->General preferences) – if there is no such section in your Netscape browser, what you’re looking for is a page where content types are matched with an action to take.

Add a new helper/file type with the following information:

       Mime type: application
   Mime sub-type: x-rar-compressed
   --------------
       Extension: rar
          Action: save to disk
